| Jack's Shack is a 2 story building with two separate bedrooms upstairs, adjoined by a full size bathroom. Each bedroom has a full size bed. There is a half bath upstairs as well. Jack's Shack has a nice full size kitchen, completely furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, Central Air & linen. There is a nice size living room complete with couch, and two individual chairs, & TV with dish network. There is a nice large sized walk out balcony, with table and chairs, to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Downstairs is an open basement, it has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also a pool table located in the basement for your enjoyment. There are two walk out sliding glass doors that leads onto a nice size patio, just off the patio, there is a BBQ grill and picnic table. Jack's Shack rents by the week only, the weekly rate is $825.00. This price is for up to 6 people, extra people, $5.00 a day, and under 13 $2.00 a day. |
